We went for a test drive of the new Magnite on October 22. Though the car was not at the showroom, Mr. Praveen took the extra effort to drive us to its location—15 km away—during peak traffic! Both he and Ms. Soumya were excellent in explaining features and ensuring great hospitality. We took delivery on Dec 30, and the process was very smooth. Ms. Sowmya’s timely follow-ups and transparent service were commendable. No pressure selling, just pure professionalism!
